Lessons will be paid in full at beginning of each session

Less than 24 hour notice of not attending will result in 50% payment of lesson (second time pay full)

Make up lessons will not carry over after 2 weeks of original date

Players signed up for semi private or groups will pay in full at beginning of month, make ups will only be allowed if there is an open slot somewhere

Lessons are designed for weekly ½ hour per skill. No alternating skills weekly

All credit card transactions will have a 3% fee

Payments can be cash, paid on website, checks payable to Next Level Baseball

I realize that baseball and softball involve risks. In consideration of my child’s participation in these activities, I release and discharge Next Level Baseball, and it’s instructors from any and all liability arising from accident, injury, and illness that my child may suffer as a result of their participation in these activities. I have read the enrollment information and class fee information listed above and understands Next Level Baseball’s policies.
