Please allow two to three business days for online payments to be seen on unit account and to gain or regain access to the storage unit.
Payments made through the “Make A Monthly Payment” section will be billed on the date they are entered into the payment page and will recur on this day of the month each subsequent month until cancelled.
Heritage MiniStorage and its operators reserve the right to refuse/reject and refund ANY and ALL payments made through this payment portal.
Partial payments made do not constitute access to the storage unit. To gain access to a storage unit the payments must be current and/or in good standing with a lock, other than the manager lock, on the storage unit.
If a unit is delinquent 60 days or greater and/or is considered in lien Heritage MiniStorage reserves the right to refuse/reject and refund any payments made through this payment portal that do not meet with the required payment amounts specified through the original rental agreement. Any payments that do not bring the unit balance to current and/or in good standing may be refunded to the credit/debit card used, and the storage unit will remain in delinquent or lien until balance is paid in full and is in good standing.
Acceptance of these terms should not be construed in any way as superseding original rental agreement between Heritage MiniStorage and tenant. In the event of any discrepancies between terms & conditions, the original rental agreement terms shall remain binding.
