Customers currently disconnected for non-payment will need to contact the office between 8am-5pm Monday through Friday to be reconnected.
Additional fees may be required to be reconnected.
Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month, and a finance fee will be accessed after the 15th if balance is not paid in full.
If you are electing to sign up for reoccurring billing you agree to the additional terms.
Sierra Nevada Communications LLC has the authorization and permission to adjust your reoccurring billing to match your monthly statement balance.
If you elect to go paperless you may not be notified of changes in your bill. This can include but not limited to service calls, finance changes, overages, and service change fees.
