CAK Maintenance Policy - Per System 1spring/1fall maintenance. The policy includes Seasonal HEATING Service Check-in Fall. Policy Includes Seasonal AIR CONDITIONING Service Check-in Spring. The policy includes 24-hour emergency service for No Heat (use of emergency heat does not signify "No Heat") and 72-hour emergency service for no air conditioning. All services will be performed during regular working hours (7:30-4:00 pm) Monday through Fridays, except holidays. Any repairs required beyond those provided in this agreement will be brought to your attention and will be billed on a time and material basis. A 10% discount will be given on all parts and labor. Payment is due upon completion of replacement. Charles A. Klein & Sons, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay, failure to discover a condition requiring repair or replacement, or as a consequence of any performance under this agreement, such as reimbursement for hotel or excessive electric bills.
